Recreational Facilities

Fruitland's recreational facilities are funded and managed by the City and its staff.

Wicomcio County runs their Junior Girls Softball program at the Park Annex facility and the Fruitland Little League  runs a summer youth Little League program at the Recreational Park. In addition the Fruitland Falcons  Youth Sports Program runs a football and lacrosse progam at the Park Annex Complex's Red Men Field. The City of Fruitland also sponsors a winter basketball program at Fruitland Primary School.

Fruitland currently supports a 38-acre recreational park and sports complex fronting on South Brown Street and South Division Street comprised of the Recreational Park (27 acres) and the Park Annex (11 acres).

Baseball, softball, soccer, a football/lacrosse field and horseshoe facilities are available as well as a playground for children, picnic pavilion and paved fitness trails. Future plans for the park include a community building.

These wonderful facilities are a source of pride for our community and provide a much-needed service to our citizens.
